ABout TotalEnergies Marketing Botswana

Total Energies Marketing Botswana (Pty) Ltd (TEMB) was registered on 3 December 1980 to operate in Botswana as a fuel and lubricants marketing company. TEMB is part of a global energy company and is a wholly owned subsidiary of TotalEnergies Marketing South Africa (Pty) Ltd.

In May 1991, the Total Energies opened its depot facility in Gaborone and this depot has fuel storage facilities as well as lubricant storage. The depot has rail and road transport facilities to receive stock while all the deliveries are made via road transport. The depot building was upgraded in 2004, adding an additional floor.

The company’s regional office is located within the depot premises and operates in the retail and commercial sectors. TEMB has about 21 service stations across the country, and a select of them have Café Bonjour convinience shops. The service stations also offer quality Excellium fuel products and Quartz lubricants.

The company has now rebranded its service stations to the new TotalEnergies brand across the country and is currently on a growth drive to increase the number of service station to enhance the brands position in the market.
