RDC Property Group is a multinational diversified property investment, management and development company with a focus on strategic assets.
RDC Properties Limited was the inaugural Real Estate listing on the Botswana Stock Exchange (BSE) in 1992 and restructured as a variable rate loan stock (VRLS) in 1996.
The Company actively strives to produce sustainable long-term, income generating investments across a diverse range of sectors and regions thereby ensuring stable wealth generation.
The growth of the portfolio is achieved by acquisition of stabilised and turn-key rental enterprises, developments and ongoing strategic improvements to our portfolio of 75 properties comprising a total GLA of 373,000 square meters.
The current value of the RDC Property portfolio is in excess of P5.8 billion, and the business is active in seven countries including Botswana, Croatia, South Africa, Madagascar, Mozambique, Namibia and the United States of America.
