Easimail (Pty) Ltd was set up in as a company dedicated to providing security of postal revenue through the implementation of Remote Meter Setting (RMS) and a technology innovation partner for the Postal Industry.

With time the entity has transformed and subsequently grown to pride itself is securing Records Management processes including high level security document destruction through provision of shredding equipment and services to the public and government sectors in the nation of Botswana.

Its mandate is to be a distributor of first class mailing systems solution including postage meters high capacity folding and inserting systems, versatile mail room printing systems, provision of secure industrial to small office shredding machines, shredding services and consumables, management software, accessories and consumables, priding itself in exceptional support and value-added services to all stakeholders which include Government departments and institutions, parastatal and various corporate businesses through Botswana.

EasiMail has partnered with Quadient from France as the supplier of different franking machines and server hosting. The products are spread country wide covering both parastatals, private and government entities. The services provided under franking are divided into franking machine rentals and outright purchases.
